As part of my Advanced Usability course, I conducted a heuristic evaluation on the NOAA website. 

I planned and the heuristic evaluation and preformed the evaluation for this project. Although normally a heuristic evaluation should be done by at least 3 usability experts, due to the class project scope, there was only one evaluator. Please see the full evaluation and suggestions below.
